There's a free Tragically Hip show at Yonge-Dundas Square today
The show starts at 6:30

Gord Downie, Paul Langlois and the rest of the boys from the Tragically Hip are playing a free show today at Yonge-Dundas square to mark the start of the 2014-2015 NHL season.

The concert gets underway at 6:30—half-an-hour before the Leafs start their season opener against the Montreal Canadians—though those with some extra time today can venture down to the square now and partake in “hockey related” activities. Festivities are sure to be super corporate, but at least the Hip are there, right?

Full details can be found here.

Watch the video for the Tragically Hip’s Bobcaygeon, and go Leafs go!
