Sex Workers to Walk the Cat Walk for Charity

Supermodel Yasmin Warsame to host 'Out of the Shadows' fashion show to raise money for Street Health and All Saints Church

Out of the Shadows, a new charity fashion show giving former sex workers the opportunity to walk the cat walk will be held this March 8th, Women’s Day, at the Daniels Spectrum Cultural Centre in Regent Park. The show, hosted by supermodel Yasmin Warsame, will be raising money for Street Health Community Nursing Foundation and All Saints Church-Community Centre whose programs include mentoring, harm reduction and education, with the aim of helping women leave strip clubs or street corners to pursue a brighter future.
