I’ve always liked getting the bad news before the good, so here goes:
The bad news: Day One of Drake’s OVO Fest has been cancelled due to headliner Frank Ocean’s torn vocal cord.
The good news: James Blake’s performance has been swiftly rescheduled from Day One to Day Two (August 5th).
Ticketholders for August 4th will be refunded, while ticketholders for the August 5th should be extra excited. The second day is technically sold out, which means that more tickets are always available on kijiji or from a younger brother of a friend of a friend.
