The laughs never seem to stop for Rob Ford. The Mayor got an unexpected visit from legendary comedian Dave Chappelle at city hall this afternoon. Chappelle, who is in town this week peforming surprise shows at the Winter Garden Theatre, reportedly popped in on Ford to enquire about Toronto’s smoking by-laws and whether he was allowed to smoke onstage during his shows.

It was unclear at press time which of the two was more likely to be screaming “I’m rich, bee-otch!” after the meeting.

This isn’t the first time Ford has met with famous comedians this summer. His Worship had a high-profile meet and greet with Will Ferrell and Zach Galifianakis last month to promote their new film The Campaign. [h/t @ddale8]
