A list of things to do on Monday, May 20...and where to watch fireworks!

Looking to get out of the house on Victoria Day? Here’s a list of what’s open around the GTA on Monday, May 20.

Retail

Most downtown Yonge St. retailers open, hours vary from store to store

The Eaton Centre open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Square One Shopping Centre open 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Vaughan Mills open 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Fireworks

Ashbridges Bay Park is the site of the City of Toronto’s annual Victoria Day fireworks display. The show starts at 10 p.m.

Canada’s Wonderland is hosting a fireworks display, but it doesn’t fall on Victoria Day. You can catch it on Sunday, May 19 at 10 p.m. and it’s included with the park’s price of admission. 

Also on May 19, Dundas Driving Park will put on a show at 9:30 p.m. The rain date is scheduled for Victoria Day at the same time.

Attractions 

Canada’s Wonderland open 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Centre Island and Centreville open 10:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. See a ferry schedule here.

CN Tower open 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Far Enough Farm on Centre Island open 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

High Park Zoo open 7 a.m. to dusk

Hockey Hall of Fame 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Ontario Science Centre open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Riverdale Farm open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Royal Ontario Museum open 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Toronto Zoo open 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Transit

The TTC will be running on its holiday schedule. Full details here.
