Last month’s Slurp! Noodlefest was such a hit with Torontonians that it sold out nearly immediately, and demand was so high that organizers are holding another one on April 20th. Celebrating the humble noodle in all its forms — pho, ramen, udon, the more expected Italian style — Slurp! features several hot Toronto restaurants giving their take on the ingredient under one roof. The April version’s participants include: Nota Bene, Yours Truly, Kinton Ramen, Pizzeria Libretto, Seoul Food Co., FeasTO, The Drake Hotel, Momofuku Toronto, The Gabardine, Lamesa, and many more. Local brewers and distillers, like Double Trouble Brewery and Tromba Tequila, will also be hawking their wares.
Slurp! Noodlefest v2 will take place on April 20th from 12pm to 4pm at 99 Sudbury Street, and admission is $10. It does not cover the cost of food, but dishes will range in price from a reasonable $5 to $10. Tickets are almost sold out already, and are available here.
