Best Thing on the Internet Today: Melanie Fiona's Tribute to Strong Women in Film
Toronto-born, Grammy-award winning artist Melanie Fiona pays tribute to badass female characters with her surreal video "Watch Me Work"

Get ready for an empowering (and equally trippy) experience. Melanie Fiona combines scintillating clips of the strongest and most kick-ass female characters in Watch Me Work, the sureal music video for her hit R&B single. Some of those featured include Pam Grier, Whoopi Goldberg as Celie in The Color Purple and, of course, the cast of Bridesmaids.

Watch me Work can be found on Fiona’s acclaimed R&B album, The MF Life.
