Plutino Group, a local fashion agency, is starting up it’s own division for models, headed by Cathy LeDrew, the former director of Toronto’s Ford Models. Plutino Group represents top-ranked, award winning hair and make up artists, stylists, creative directors, designers, videographers, spokespeople and producers, and will now have a section for models as well. The modelling agency has already signed 43 models since launching the division on February 4th. LeDrew says that Plutino Models will continue to serve as an agency for all types of models, just like Ford Models did, representing female, male and plus-sized models. LeDrew hopes to maintain the high-end esthetic of other well-established agencies and continue to make international contacts. This spring, Plutino Group will launch the Got Style Channel, partnering with FashionNation and Google TV, to open up an eye into the fashion industry.
