In a time of crisis, I’m sure the first thing on everyone’s mind is, ‘Will Obama forget to accept Donald Trump’s offer?’ Well, never fear; the conservative tychoon tweeted Tuesday that, in light of the hurricane, he wil be extending the deadline until 12 p.m. on Thursday. Whew, crisis averted.

Last week, the Donald offered Obama a $5 million donation to any charity in exchange for the President’s college and passport records and applications.

When asked about Trump’s offer on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno, the President responded, “This all dates back to when we were growing up together in Kenya…”

Meanwhile a Yes Men-esque twitter movement has started with the hashtag #ThanksDonald “thanking” Trump for doing the classy thing and donating the funds to the Red Cross for hurricane relief. Of course, he has done no such thing.
