The Tom Cruise-Katie Holmes divorce fiasco looked like it could go on for months. But not anymore. TMZ reports that the divorce has been settled as of today.

“This case has been settled and the agreement has been signed.  We are thrilled for Katie and her family and are excited to watch as she embarks on the next chapter of her life,” Katie’s lawyer told TMZ.

One condition Tom had for settling was “meaningful, significant” contact with Suri. No word yet on additional details.
